What Information Do We Collect?

What Information is Collected Automatically?

We collect information contained in log files using cookies, which are pieces of data that are transferred to your computer or mobile device. We use cookies for record keeping purposes as well as to allow us to recognize you when you return to our website.  You do not need to have cookies turned on in your web browsing software to use the public portion of our site.

How Do We Use and Share the Information We Collect?

How Can I Delete Information I Have Shared with You?

If you no longer want us to make active use of the information you have shared with us, you may send an e-mail to Type “Delete My Account” in the subject line and include your first name, last name, and e-mail address in the body of the e-mail. Please also send from the e-mail address associated with your account for authentication purposes. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be held for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent content through or posted content on the Website, we may not be able to delete it.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

The length of time we retain your information depends on why we collected it and how we use it.  We will not retain information that you have shared with us for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or to allow us to meet our obligations under the law.
